All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your name. jay9 reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of being made using third-party funds or unverifiable sources.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time via the Withdrawal in your account. However, there are certain conditions that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed and approved;
• The registered bank account must be under the same name as your jay9 account;
• Any active bonus must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made;
